Building plan sanction and approvals

List of Building Plan Sanctions and approvals that are granted to our valuable customers:
Building plan:
A graphic representation of the building that needs to be constructed. For approval, the building plan should comply with the building legislation. We submit the building plan to the CMDA and start work after approval. We’ll hand over the completed building as per the plan without any deviations.

Layout approval:
We construct the building after the approval of the layout plan. It is necessary for the future growth of the area by the government. Roads, drainage, street lighting facilities will be good, and also an appreciation of the property value will be enhanced for layout approved construction.

Basic Facilities:
Electricity, water, and other basic amenities will be provided only after approval has been obtained from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB).

No Objection Certificate (NOC):
First, we will get NOC from the pollution board to obtain approval for sewage or water supply. NOC from adjacent properties is essential to prove that we have not intruded nearby property. Borewell is dug after being approved by the municipality.

Completion Certificate:
This is issued by the concerned authority only after it has been confirmed that the construction is being built by the plan.

Clear Title:
A mandatory approval is required to check any disputes over the ownership of the property.
